Personal Training at the YThe YMCA offers certified personal trainers to help you take your fitness to the next level! Personal training has been shown to help you stay accountable to your goals and give you an environment to succeed. Each trainer will tailor a one-on-one program for you that is challenging, helps you achieve your fitness goals and lets you have fun while getting fit!
The Y has personal trainers that specialize in different areas like weight loss, sports, active older adults, youth and more. Packages: 5 Sessions $175 10 Sessions $350 Strength TrainingTake advantage of a one-time session with a certified personal trainer to help jumpstart your workout journey. Youth Strength Training for 12 & 13 year olds- $35- OPTIONAL session that includes the cardio and accessory room ONLY. The session may include cardio equipment, stationary machines, bodyweight and free weight movements. A personal trainer will lead the youth through basic exercise guidelines and safety, observe and critique movement, and give feedback and recommendations. Youth Strength Training for 14 & 15 year olds- $15- REQUIRED session for youth wishing to use the weight room. The session will include bodyweight and free weight movements as well as barbell use if the trainer deems it appropriate for the youth. A personal trainer will lead the youth through basic exercise guidelines and safety, observe and critique movement, and give feedback and recommendations. Adult Strength Training- $35- OPTIONAL for anyone 16 years of age or older. Depending on the clients specific goals, the session may include cardio equipment, stationary machines, bodyweight and free weight movements, as well as barbell use. A personal trainer will lead the participant through basic exercise guidelines and safety, observe and critique movement, and give feedback and recommendations.
