YMCA Spiritual DevelopmentThe YMCA Spiritual Development Group was established in 2015 to restore the "C" to our YMCA. The group works closely with local clergy and staff to lead those in faith to God through Jesus Christ. With the purpose of building strong character and healthy relationships within our membership, spiritual development can fill an important void.
Words to Encourage EmailEvery Monday morning, Y staff (and those who request it) receive an emailed devotion written by encourager and author Susan Mason to encourage and uplift your week. Starting the week with words of truth and focused on what is good keeps our Y staff and members on solid ground and in one accord.
To request your words of encouragement, please contact Susan Mason: Email: sharinglifewithsusan@hotmail.com Living WaterFlowing over every water fountain within the Riverside Y and Downtown Y is living water. Verses of truth are posted to encourage, strengthen and challenge our spirit. Our Y was founded on the focus of strengthening mind, body and spirit quoting John 17:21 as "The Y Verse"
