Group Exercise
YMCA Group Exercise Classes welcome all ages and fitness levels. Taking a group class means making new friends and having fun – while gaining strength, endurance, and energy. Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment suitable for all abilities. Ages 13+ are welcome in all group exercise classes; ages 10-12 may participate in Group Exercise classes with a parent or supervising guardian, with the exception of any Strength classes.

Cardio Classes - Y Cycle
All fitness levels welcome, including beginners! Our indoor cycling program combines a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques.
Cardio Classes - Dance N' Flex
Dance fitness with high energy easy to follow choreography. Core work and stretching to round out this cardio blast.
Strength Training Classes - Silver Sneakers Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers® ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Mind & Body Classes - Silver Sneakers Yoga
Move your whole body through a complete series of seating and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Mind & Body Classes - Barre Mix
This ballet and Pilates inspired stretch and strength class will get you leaner, longer and stronger.
Mind & Body Classes - Yoga
Enjoy a slow paced instruction and high level of detail to become familiar with basic yoga poses and breath movement connection.
Aquatic Classes - Water In Motion (WIM)
Jump in and make a splash with a fun water exercise class that tones and tapers the entire body. Participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels, will enjoy this low impact lively water workout packed with sing-along music.
Aquatic Classes - Silver Sneakers Splash
Improve heart health, muscular strength and joint mobility in this fun, low impact water aerobics and strengthening class for all skill levels. Class is held in the shallow end of the main pool
Aquatic Classes - Aqua Jog
45 minute class in the main pool. Exercise aerobically without impact! this deep water class uses noodles, kick boards, and other flotation devices for a well rounded workout; suitable for all fitness levels. Proper swim attire is required. Water shoes are recommended.
Aquatic Arthritis - Aqua Fit
A fun, low impact, water workout for everyone. Use the water and dumbbells to tone up while improving endurance and strength.
Aquatic Classes - Aqua Arthritis
Relieve the pain and stiffness caused by arthritis with gentle activity in the Y's warm water pool while enjoying a fun, social opportunity.
Strength Training Classes - Silver Sneakers
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a Silver Sneakers® ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
