Guest Pass Policy
Guest Pass Policy
Our first priority is to serve our members who have made a commitment by becoming a member. The purpose behind the guest pass policy is to enhance member services to current members who are encouraging a friend to join or have an out of town family member visiting and to offer an opportunity for non-members to try our facility before committing to join. Guest hours and facility usage may vary based on capacity.
*The Cumberland YMCA management reserves the right to change the Guest Pass Policy at any time at its discretion.
Guest Rules:
- Guests must register at the Welcome Center and provide a valid identification (driver’s license or school I.D).
- All guests are screened through the National Sex Offender Registry. The Y reserves the right to deny access to anyone who appears on the Registry.
- Guests must adhere to all YMCA policies and usage guidelines.
- Youth guests (17 and under) must have an adult member remain at the YMCA with the youth guest at all times, and provide their signature with the liability waiver.
- Individuals can visit two times using a guest pass per calendar year.
