Personal Training at the Y
The YMCA offers certified personal trainers to help you take your fitness to the next level! Personal training has been shown to help you stay accountable to your goals and give you an environment to succeed. Each trainer will tailor a one-on-one program for you that is challenging, helps you achieve your fitness goals and lets you have fun while getting fit!
The Y has personal trainers that specialize in different areas like weight loss, sports, active older adults, youth and more.
Personal Trainer Packages
Youth Strength Training
14 and 15 year olds wishing to use the Weight Room are required to complete a Youth Strength Training session with one of our Personal Trainers. This one hour session will provide a foundation of knowledge by educating on basic exercise guidelines and safety.
