Explore a Pilates class and strengthen and lengthen the body by focusing on the torso or your body’s core. Engage in a yoga class, which gives your mind and body a workout. Stress can be a contributing factor in heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes, so move your body and focus your mind with the Y’s Pilates and Yoga classes.

Barre

This ballet-inspired stretch and strength class will get you leaner, longer and stronger. Please refer to our online Group Fitness schedule for the most update class schedule.

Pilates

Special core conditioning exercises and stretching focusing on bosy awareness, good posture and easy graceful movement. Please refer to our online Group Fitness schedule for the most update class schedule.

PiYo

Burn excess fat, sculpt and define your whole bodt, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high impact workouts. Please refer to our online Group Fitness schedule for the most update class schedule.

Power Flow

This 45 minute dynamic and intense vinyasa flow focuses on building stamina, strength, and flexibility. Please refer to our online Group Fitness schedule for the most update class schedule.

Yoga Level 1

Enjoy a slow paced instruction and high level of detail to become familiar with basic yoga poses and breath movement connection. Please refer to our online Group Fitness schedule for the most update class schedule.

Yoga Level 2
