Amenities

Fitness Center

Get in shape and enjoy your workout with a wide variety of state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength machines and free weights. Cardio and strength training areas are open during to ages 12 and up (12-16 year olds should have teen training before using the room.)

Treadmills, free weights, strength machines-circuit, stationary bikes, steppers, rowing machines, elliptical machines, and eight-station cable crossover. Members are encouraged to make an appointment for a free orientation of the Wellness Center. Learn how all the equipment operates and what the facility has to offer. Workout clothes are required, including athletic shoes.
 

Group Fitness Studio

Free group fitness classes for members.

Gymnasium - Basketball/Pickleball/Volleyball

Open for free play of games, including basketball and pickleball.

Aquatic Area

Swimming helps people thrive in and out of the water! Our two pools are kept heated year-round and set up for lap swimming, swim lessons, aquatics classes, and more. 
 
Lap Swimming and Water Exercise
 
Whether you are a beginner swimmer or on your way to the Olympics, the Y is a great place to make a splash! Water exercise provides a gentle yet effective way to improve health and well-being.
