Description:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Prior experience in customer service, childcare, aquatics, fitness, or community programs preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must pass background check and any required certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard, Child Abuse Prevention).
