The Housing Program provides affordable housing and supportive service for single men. The men’s housing SRO’s are located on the fourth floor of the building. You must be homeless at the time of entry

Baltimore Avenue Apartments for Families
The Housing Program provides transitional housing and supportive services for families.
Eligibility requirements:
- Must have a disabling condition
- Must be low-income
- Must be literally homeless
- Must meet definition of "chronic" homelessness
- Must file application for housing & take a vulnerability study prior to entry

2 Bedroom: $510
Housing for Single Women
The YMCA has eight SRO units to house homeless single women.
Eligibility requirements:
- Must have a disabling condition
- Must be low-income
- Must be literally homeless
- Must meet definition of "chronic" homelessness
- Must file application for housing & take a vulnerability study prior to entry

Path to Independence for Single Adults
The Path Program offers affordable housing and supportive services to men and women who are disabled and homeless at the time of entry. Housing for men is located at the Downtown Y. Housing for women is available through rental properties in the community.
