Teen Weight Room Training Session
14 &15 year olds
Required session for youth wishing to use the weight room. The session will include body weight and free weight movements as well as barbell use if the trainer deems it appropriate for the youth. A personal trainer will lead the youth through basic exercise guidelines and safety, observe and critique movement, and give feedback and recommendations.
