The Y is a great place to improve your health, have fun and make new friends! We offer a wide range of programs for every body type, fitness level and goal.
An energetic class that gets your heart rate up as you kick and punch; improving your speed and enhancing your agility.
All fitness levels welcome, including beginners! Our indoor cycling program combines a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques.
Dance fitness with high energy easy to follow choreography. Core work and stretching to round out this cardio blast.
Settle in for an endurance focused ride targeting your cardiovascular and muscular endurance to ultimately improve your road ride experience.

Strength Training Classes
An interval training class combining weight training, cardio, and core stability.
The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! BODYPUMP™ is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
lES mILLS CORE
Hone in on the torso and sling muscles that connect the upper body to the lower body. This training will tighten and strengthen as well as assist in injury prevention. Please refer to our online Group Fitness schedule for the most update class schedule.
Get a full body workout with this dynamic fusion of strength, cardio, agility, coordination and flexibility exercises.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a Silver Sneakers® ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SIlver Sneakers Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers® ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Relieve the pain and stiffness caused by arthritis with gentle activity in the Y's warm water pool while enjoying a fun, social opportunity.
A fun, low impact, water workout for everyone. Use the water and dumbbells to tone up while improving endurance and strength.
45 minute class in the main pool. Exercise aerobically without impact! this deep water class uses noodles, kick boards, and other flotation devices for a well rounded workout; suitable for all fitness levels. Proper swim attire is required. Water shoes are recommended.
SILVER SNEAKERS SPLASH
Improve heart health, muscular strength and joint mobility in this fun, low impact water aerobics and strengthening class for all skill levels. Class is held in the shallow end of the main pool
WATER IN MOTION (wim)
Jump in and make a splash with a fun water exercise class that tones and tapers the entire body. Participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels, will enjoy this low impact lively water workout packed with sing-along music.
Mind and Body Classes
Enjoy a slow paced instruction and high level of detail to become familiar with basic yoga poses and breath movement connection.
This ballet and Pilates inspired stretch and strength class will get you leaner, longer and stronger.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seating and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Our FREE orientation will provide an introduction to all of the Wellness Center’s cardio equipment and stationary machines. This orientation does not include the Weight Room. Ages 12-15 are required to complete a Wellness Orientation before using the Wellness Center. No appointment necessary.
