Birthdays
The Cumberland YMCA is now taking reservations for birthday parties. Please check the calendar below for availability first. If you find a date that works for your needs, complete the party rental request form below and we will let you know if your reservation is approved.

Request a Party Rental
To inquire about availability of a birthday party date, please fill out the Cumberland YMCA Birthday Party Rental Request Form.
- For booking approval, please submit this form no later than 14 days prior to date of birthday party reservation.
- Submitting this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE your booking.
- You will be contacted within 48 hours of request and you will be notified if your request is approved.

Payment
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due once the booking has been approved. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party date. Payment can be made online accessing your Online Account or at the Y Welcome Center desk during business hours.
Deluxe Party (3 Hours)
- 2 Hours of Activity (Pool / Gym / Arena / Climbing Wall / Pavilion / Field) as available
- 1 Hour in the Party Room
- Personal Party Host
- Prices are for one birthday child with a maximum of 20 participants.
- Child must be a Y member or live in the same household of a Y member to receive member rate.
- Additional $50 fee will be added for any number of participants over 20.
- 30 minute prep time is provided before the party reservation times.
Rate
$275 MEMBERS $300 NON-MEMBERS
Basic Part (2 Hours)
- 1 Hours of Activity (Pool / Gym / Arena / Climbing Wall / Pavilion / Field) as available
- 1 Hour in the Party Room
- Personal Party Host
