Meet the Instructor
Elite Performance Strength Training
Under instruction of Timmy Friend, participants will work to improve speed, strength, quickness, body control, proper running mechanics, plyometric skills, and movement efficiency in an effort to help them excel in their respected athletic areas. Participants will also learn skills and techniques to fit their specific needs for injury prevention and performance enhancement.
Middle School and High School Athletes of all ability levels are welcome.

Monday / Wednesday / Thursday
April 19th - May 4th
9 - 12 Years old: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
13 - 17 Years old: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
*All YMCA members and program participants must check-in and check-out at the membership check-in area. Upon entry, both participants and their parent/guardian will be asked to review and verbally respond to our COVID-19 symptom assessment. Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to stay home.
