You’re not getting older; you’re getting better! The Y offers seniors active, fun and community based opportunities to stay fit while making healthy lifestyle choices. Our special Growing Younger Program seeks to provide community dwelling older adults with health and wellness training in the form of twice weekly fitness classes, quarterly fitness evaluations and quarterly health promotion activities. Keep active, keep young and keep healthy with our wide variety of senior classes.
These classes are geared towards participants aged 55 and older.
