Warm-Ups: 8:00 AM Specific team warm-up times TBA.
Meet Start: 10:00 AM
FACILITY: 25 yard, 6 lane, non-turbulent lane lines, starting blocks, all events timed with Colorado timing system and two stop watches.
ELIGIBILITY: The meet is open to all YMCA teams in C&P League and surrounding YMCA’s. All swimmers must be members of the YMCA they are representing.

AGE: Swimmers must swim in their appropriate age group groups as stated.
GROUPS: on the event sheet. Also the relays are 13 & over and 12 & under to allow swimmers to try and qualify for other meets.
EVENTS: Each swimmer may enter four individual events and two relays.
A team may enter more than one relay team in the relay events.
Designate each team as A, B, C etc. Please list swimmers name and age for each relay. All events will be swum as timed finals.
AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded to swimmers placing 1st-3rd in each relay event. Ribbons will be awarded to swimmers placing 1st-6th in each individual event based on the gender and the following age groups: 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 and 15 & Over. Mixed events will be broken down by gender and age also using the same age ranges stated above. Heat ribbons will also be awarded to swimmer for individual events. Winners of random “Joker Heats” will receive a special prize.
RULES: Current USA Technical Rules apply. This will include no false start rule.

1. For each swimmer, please complete the enclosed “entry form” with name, age, event number and seed time in yards. Please check event numbers for accuracy!
2. All teams must complete and return the Team Information Sheet with entry.
3. Entries and the team information sheet must be emailed to Chris Anthony at email@example.com and be received by Friday: 1/20/2017 no later than 8PM
4. Hard copies of entries, the team information sheet and waivers must be post marked by Friday 1/20/17. No entries will be accepted after this time.
SPECTATORS: No admission will be charged. Bleachers are available.
CONCESSIONS: Hot & cold foods and drinks will be served throughout the day in the lobby. While in the lobby and warming areas shoes and a shirt must be worn. No food is allowed in gym or pool area.
PROGRAMS: Programs will be on sale for $5.00 at the meet.
TEAM SEATING: All teams will be seated in the gym of the YMCA which has been reserved for the meet. Each team is responsible for there own area. Each team is to provide adult supervision for their swimmers. All swimmers must report to the Clerk of Course for line-ups. There will be no re-swim if an event is missed. Shirt and shoes must be worn in the lobby. Please remove all trash and belongings at the end of the meet.
TIME TRIALS: Time trials will be swum at the end of the meet. There will be a $10.00 fee per event.
MYSTERY HEATS: This year, we will be featuring “Joker Heats” where swimmers can win prizes for winning randomly selected races. (approximately 30 heats)
T-SHIRTS: Meet T-shirts will be for sale. Information TBA
SWIM APPAREL: Swim Gear will be available for purchase throughout the meet via Metro Swim Shop.
