Welcome to the Wellness Department! Our facility is located at the Riverside Recreation Complex on 601 Kelly Road in Cumberland. The Wellness Center is equipped with all the essential elements needed for you to experience a great workout. Treadmills, stationary and spin bicycles, elliptical and rowing machines provide options for cardiovascular fitness. ProMaxima's premiere selectorized weight circuit as well as a Hammer Strength free weight circuit complete your overall fitness routine. Our group fitness classes provide a wide variety of fitness options and are a complimentary part of your membership.
