Teen Strength

Teenagers at all fitness levels will learn safe and effective workout techniques.  This 2-class program is required for Wellness Center usage by teens ages 13-15.

Class schedule:   May 13 and 20, June 10 and 17, July 8 and 15
August 12 and 19, September 9 and 16, October 14 and 21
November 11 and 18, December 9 and 16
