Group Reservations
Party Package Information: Food, paper products or decorations not are provided by YMCA, however, patrons may bring these items. The YMCA does have a refrigerator / freezer. The package includes 1 hour of an activity, 1 hour use of a rental room and a YMCA host/hostess provided for the entire length of the party. The package price covers up to 25 children attendants. There is not a charge for adults unless they will be participating in the activity. Prices vary for parties including over 25 children.
Activity Choices: Scavenger Hunt, wall climbing, swimming, kid’s gym, moon bounce, skate park and many more. Participant waivers and pool rules must be signed for each respective area.
Party times: Friday: 7:00-9:00 pm Saturday: 2:00-4:00 pm or 4:00-6:00 pm Sunday: 2:00-4:00 pm or 4:00-6:00 pm. *Parties may be booked at other times based on space availability.
Party Package Fee: $150.00 – A $50 deposit is required to schedule a party.
Group Rental Information:
Venues for rent include the main pool, climbing wall, skate park, indoor field, gymnasium, classroom, Mind & Body room, outdoor pavilion, and the Youth Center. Availability is based on each venue's respective YMCA program schedule. *YMCA members may rent the pavilion free of charge, but it must still be booked in advance.
Group Rental Fee: $75 for 1 hour- for up to 25 people. Fees vary for groups larger than 25. *A $50.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN SCHEDULING A RENTAL.
Overnighters (based on venue availability)
A YMCA hosted overnighter provides a quality experience for you and your guests. Our staff will manage the event for you so that you can sit back and enjoy the excitement, take pictures and not have to worry about cleaning up. Includes two hours of the following activities: swimming, climbing wall or skate park, indoor field house usage, gymnasium usage, moon bounce usage.Rental: Our party room (classroom, Mind/Body room, Youth Center). **Chaperones are required - A minimum of 1 for a group under 25 and 2 for a group over 25. See details pertaining to swimming parties.
Overnighter Fee: $10.00 per person minimum of 25 people. Fees vary for groups larger than 25. *A $100.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN SCHEDULING AN OVERNIGHTER.
Outdoor Camping (based on venue availability)
A fenced-in camping area with a sheltered pavilion and picnic tables is located in a convenient location within a
mile of the Terminus of the C&O Canal and the beginning of the Great Alleghany Passage. Includes access to
indoor shower facilities, indoor restrooms, and vending machines while the facility is open. (Hours of Operation:
Monday- Friday 5 am-10 pm, Sat. 7 am-9 pm, Sun. 9 am-6 pm)
Outdoor Camping Fee Per Night: $10.00 Adults / $5.00 Children. *FREE to Y Members & AWAY Y Members

.00 Head West on Great Allegheny Passage to Baltimore St.
.10 Turn Left onto Baltimore St, cross railroad tracks and Wills Creek.
.20 Turn left onto Greene St, you will need to bear right on Greene at the 1st light.
.60 Turn left onto Lee St. –Sheetz is on the corner at the light.
.80 Turn right onto Beall St, ( If you go straight you will end up on I 68, Not a good Idea)
.90 Turn left onto Kelly Rd, Just before the railroad tracks.
1.10 On left is the Camp grounds and the YMCA is on the Right, please stop in and register.
