Zumba-It’s FUN! Zumba is exercise in disguise! Designed for everyone, this workout is different from your typical group exercise class. Latin music and dance moves combine to keep you coming back for more!
Hip-Hop Hustle-Try this insanely delicious and fun workout! Simple dance moves! So you think you can't dance and don’t know "hip hop?” Well, if you can Hustle or do a simple line dance, you can Hip Hop Hustle! Class is new, participant friendly, and designed with hip-hop moves that are easy to follow.
Circuit Training-Timed segments of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning make up this high-energy class. Focus is on correct form and exercising at the proper intensity. Core training and flexibility are also included.
Power Sculpt-Increase muscular strength and endurance. Resistance training in this class targets all major muscle groups. Improve your muscle definition to create a leaner looking physique!
Step Aerobics-Everyone can participate in this fun step aerobics class! Choose your own intensity by adjusting the height of your step to suit your fitness level. It’s a great all-around workout!
Cardio Kickboxing-Get fit with moves taken from the martial arts and traditional aerobics! Format includes a variety of punches, kicks, and conditioning for a full-body workout.
Resistance Run-Looking for a challenge? This awesome class involves a series of running and resistance training exercises using tubes and body weight. Meet in the Field House!
Intervalocity-A high intensity workout combining strength intervals and cardio intervals featuring kickbox and/or step. Get the best of both from this combo class and finish your workout in an hour!
Yoga-Body and mind function together in harmony. You will learn to relax as you become stronger and more flexible in a soothing environment.
Aquacise-This shallow water class emphasizes muscle toning and endurance without stress on the legs or back. It’s a low impact workout suitable for all fitness levels, especially beginners! Water shoes are recommended.
Aquajog-Exercise aerobically without impact! This deep-water class uses noodles, kickboards, and other floatation devices for a well-rounded workout, suitable for ALL fitness levels.
Y Cycle-All fitness levels welcome, including beginners! Our indoor cycling program combines a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training. Duration 45 minutes. Express classes are 30 minutes. Cycle&Sculpt Combo includes 30 minutes of body sculptingexercises.
SilverSneakers-Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakersâ ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Pilates/Power Pilates-These popular classes include special core conditioning exercises and stretching for a super workout. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture, and easy, graceful movement. Power Pilates also involves the use of light weights.
Core Ball Conditioning-Have a ball with strength training and core conditioning! Learn to use your abs and low back with a stability ball and hand weights. Bring your own ball or borrow one of ours and build a stronger body.
Core Concepts-Cut your core! This class integrates athletic abs, core stabilization, dynamic flexibility, and pilates to raise your metabolism and cut your core! Instructor is a Certified Athletic Trainer.
Class is held in the Field House.
Plyo Principals-Dynamic power! Plyometrics fuel this half hour class. Fire up your metabolism and increase your strength and power with this extreme, athlete inspired workout. Instrucotor is a Certified Athletic Trainer. Class is held in the Field House.
