School Age Child Care

Our School Age Child Care (SACC) program serves students in Kindergarten through 8th grade at Bel Air, Braddock, Cash Valley, Cresaptown, John Humbird, Northeast, Parkside, South Penn, Washington, and Westside School Districts.  We also serve Bishop Walsh School.   Purchase of Care Vouchers are accepted. Partial Scholarships are also available through the JC Penney Afterschool Fund.

Before School Child Care

The YMCA offers convenient morning childcare for working parents.  Kids enjoy a free choice of activities featuring computers, creative play, games and centers.  Transportation to school is provided.  *Includes 1 Free School Closing day or Delayed Opening in the week. 
 
Fees: Y-Members - $42 per week (1-5 days)   Non Members - $52 per week

 

Before & After School Child Care

This program is designed to meet parents' childcare needs during both before and after school hours, as well as provide social, educational, and recreational opportunities for children.  State certified and caring child care professionals lead activities such as recreation and fitness, sports, swimming, arts and crafts, academic enrichment, homework assistance and more.  A daily snack is provided.  Character Development is an integral part of our program.  The YMCA instills within participants its core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Trustworthiness. *Transportation from school to the YMCA is provided.   Includes 2 Free School Closing days or Early Dismissals or Delayed Openings in the week.   

 Fees: Y Members - $62 per week (1-5 days)    Non Members - $72 per week

 

After School Child Care

This program is designed to meet parents' childcare needs during after school hours, as well as provide social, educational, and recreational opportunities for children.  State certified and caring child care professionals lead activities such as recreation and fitness, sports, swimming, arts and crafts, academic enrichment, homework assistance and more.  A daily snack is provided.  Character Development is an integral part of our program.  The YMCA instills within participants its core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Trustworthiness. *Transportation from school to the YMCA is provided.  Includes 1 Free School Closing day or Early Dismissal in the week.

School Closing & Summer Fun Child Care

This program is designed to meet parents' childcare needs during School Closing & Summer hours (6:30 am-6:00 pm), as well as provide social, educational, and recreational opportunities for children.   State certified and caring child care professionals lead activities such as indoor and outdoor recreation, sports, fitness, arts and crafts, academic enrichment activities and more.  Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided.  Character Development is an integral part of our daily activities.  The YMCA instills within participants its core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Trustworthiness.  Early Dismissal & Delayed Opening Care are also available.
 
Fees: School Closing Only - $25 per day
           Early Dismissal/Delayed Opening Only Care - $13.00 per day 
           Winter/Spring Holiday Rate: Y Members - $125.00 per week / Non Members - $150.00 (1-5 days) 
           Summer Fun Care:  Y Members - $105.00 per week  / Non Members - $130.00 per week
