Michele
Bennett         
NEW to the Cumberland YMCA! Nutrition Counseling WITH Personal Training. Michele is a certified Nutrition Specialist.She is also a certified and licensed athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association as well as a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and a graduate of the University of Akron. MIchele holds a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine Athletic Training and a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. Her Pilates certification is through PIA and she is a certified Spinning instructor. 
Mary
Cannon
Mary is certified by the American Association International (AAAI) and International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA) as a personal trainer. She is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania and holds her Bachelors degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Wellness and Fitness. She is certified through Madd Dog Athletics as a Spin instructor and is a Flirty Girl Fitness certified instructor.

Cihlar
Bill is certified by the America Fitness Training of Athletics (AFTA) as a personal trainer. He is certified in police mountain biking and is also a certified Spin instructor through Madd Dog Athletics. 
Rick
Dalverney
Rick is certified by the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA) as a personal trainer. He is a graduate of Frostburg State University and holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Health Fitness.

Douts
Brian is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist. He is a graduate of Frostburg State University and holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science.  
Phyllis
Jordan     
Phyllis is certified by the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA) as a personal trainer. She is also certified in Advanced Pilates, Aquatic Aerobics and Group Fitness with additional training in African, Latin and Caribbean Dance as well as Core Ball and Spinning through AAAI and ISMA. She currently instructs Power Pilates and Core Ball Conditioning.
