Welcome to the Cumberland YMCA Sports Department!  

The Cumberland YMCA offers many sports options for both youth and adult athletes!  At the Riverside facility, the indoor field house features an artificial turf playing surface measuring approximately 140 feet in length and 85 feet wide.  Surrounding the field is an indoor walking track where approximately 12 laps equals 1 mile.  Indoor Soccer games, flag football, adult dodgeball, and much more are housed in the field house. 

The Riverside Y also offers a regulation-sized basketball court that is used for many different sports programs, as well as wellness classes, after school care, and much more.  The Gilchrist facility features a slightly smaller basketball court used by the Earl Nonnenmann/YMCA Sunday School Basketball League, pick-up basketball, and table tennis for example.  Our facilities are located within the Riverside Recreation Center on Kelly Road and at the Gilchrist Center Downtown- both in Cumberland.  We look forward to seeing you soon!
