ACL Strengthening Program
Help prevent devastating ACL injuries with a course designed for the female athlete which promotes muscle stability and strength through body weight and weight training, thera-bands, cardiovascular training and proper nutrition. This small group training is led by Carita Mills, Athletic Trainer at Potomac State College. It will meet for one hour sessions two days per week for four weeks.
Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00pm - 7:00pm; June 13 - July 11, 2017 (no class on July 4)
