Fitness Orientation

Free 1-hour session designed to have members become familiar with how to use all Wellness Center equipment and basic fitness guidelines for using strength and/or cardiovascular equipment.  Orientations scheduled for one or two members at a time by appointment only.  See reception desk staff to schedule.

 

Teen Strength Training

Teenagers at all fitness levels will learn safe and effective workout techniques. This 2-class program is required for Wellness Center usage by teens ages 13-15.

Personal Training

This program is designed to help members workout more efficiently and effectively via one-on-one instruction.  Personal training times are set up between you and your trainer to accommodate your lifestyle needs.  Let one of our certified personal trainers help you achieve your fitness goals and get the results you want.

Fitness Evaluation

A physical fitness evaluation testing your resting hear rate, blood pressure, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility.  Results will be discussed and an effective exercise program will be recommended.  By appointment only.

Members:  Free/Non-Members:  $10.

 

Body Composition Assessment

Try a 5- minute assessment to determine your body’s percentage of fat and muscle.  Skin-fold calipers and/or BIA are used to measure body fat percentage.
